Been a client for over 15 years… 1 item missing from my original order, no notice from CS rep saying it was back ordered during our initial conversation… Called back after discovering item missing spoke with another CS rep, …said he’ll ship out missing item.confirmed Item Name, SKU # & mail address (which by the way contained an error)…. Received missing product today, Wrong Product ( despite confirming ALL product info ).. box had NO packing slip inside.. Tired using your vitacost.com/service , laughable. What’s happened to Vitacost? I want the product I paid for.. Not Ideal people, what’s happened to your company?
