It was a disaster with Vital Consular... 1. We were ill informed several times. 2 We spoke to employees who did not knew how to actually proceed with our requests, whilst they should be the experts. 3. Agreements and arrangements were changed on the spot or misunderstood several times and 4. They sent our documents to our old country address whilst they were attesting the documents for our immigration to another country... we agreed specifically that they would not send the document, but that we would pick it up in the country we were immigrating to. All in all, our visa process was delayed and it cost us. Secondly, the amount of stress this provided was not ok and could have been avoided. We will not use Vital Consular again.
