“The best service ever I got through an agency. I had to get my Turkish diploma attested and timeline was given to me up to 25 days and everything was prepared in 14 days. They answered all my questions quickly and keep me updated on a regular basis. Highly recommended if you need your Turkish documents to get attested. Thanks again!”

“Our birth certificates and diploma had to be certified by Qatar Embassy in France but we could not contct them direfctly for information and had to go through the Qatar Office. We did not find it convenient as the Qatar office could not answer our questions and always had to refer back to the office in France but quite often the answer was not clear. This process also means more delays and no personal contact with the people in charge of certifying our documents. Also had issues at the intitial stage of the process to know exactly what was required as the Qatar office would send us templates from the UK which was not useful for France.”

This is not something that we ever want for our clients but unfortunately we do not give our country colleagues details out as everything has to go through the office where the quote was initially triggered. I do hope this has not put you off working with us again in the future.

“My experience with Vital was very bad. I paid for a urgent service which I was advised to do but the service was very slow. I feel that I was tricked into paying more for a very basic service.”

Unfortunately sometimes the Embassies can delay documents for no reason and with no prior warning and for that I apologise.

“Was disappointed by the process. I'm sure for many the attestation is a new process and quite overwhelming. I sent over the list required from my school and it took a few quotes to get the actual official quote. Initially I was quoted over £700, I managed to get this down to nearer £300. I did feel slightly like I was trying to be ripped off. However the real problem was when my documents got to the UAE. I appreciate scanning the documents to update the process however this is not helpful when one of my documents isn't scanned. When I emailed to enquire where my birth certificate was they stated it wasn't attested as my quote didn't say to and they hoped it was still in the letter with my degree certificate. This lead to me panicking that 1) my birth certificate was lost and 2) it hadn't been attested. I went all the way back through my numerous quotes and found it should have been attested as per my quote. It was then left to update you where the certificate was and its status. Luckily for you the document was in the letter and had been attested, however this caused 24hours of unnecessary stress and hassle trying to locate my documents and check correct paperwork.”

I have checked all correspondence between yourself and the team and I can see that there were some confusion as to what documents you actually required but after contacting your HR department a few times this was worked out and this is why the quotes differed a lot. The first quotation was based on the list of documents we were initially given and the final quote was based on what documents you needed. Please rest assured we do not ever quote for any unnecessary work. In regards to the missing scan. I can only apologise for this human error but I am thankful that you received everything attested that was required.
