Our birth certificates and diploma had to be certified by Qatar Embassy in France but we could not contct them direfctly for information and had to go through the Qatar Office. We did not find it convenient as the Qatar office could not answer our questions and always had to refer back to the office in France but quite often the answer was not clear. This process also means more delays and no personal contact with the people in charge of certifying our documents. Also had issues at the intitial stage of the process to know exactly what was required as the Qatar office would send us templates from the UK which was not useful for France.
