This company tried but failed dismally to provide a satisfactory level of true service that I required. They were always friendly while they constantly stuffed my order around.
They were pleasantly incompetent. I am sure they will have all the excuses in the world to justify the still non-delivery of my goods. Bottom line: after 3 weeks waiting for something that was apparently in stock when I rang to check, I still don't have the goods!
Very unsatisfied customer. You might try keeping the obvious spare parts in stock next time.
