They are totally untrustworthy, do NOT use this company.
Booked a Covid test one month in advance which they cancelled at less than 48 hours notice with ludicrous excuses. Jeopardised my flight to Spain. Promised urgent refund never materialised despite frequent calls to them. I have now had to reclaim from my credit card company. They are scammers!
