When you try to call to resolve issues you find yourself dealing with the stupidest, most unhelpful people on the planet. You will be transferred from department to department and cut off repeatedly, until you eventually give up. You will hold on for hours. Contracts mean nothing to them. Undoubtedly the worst service provider in the country. There are no words to describe how unethical and incompetent they are.
