I'm writing to share my frustrating experience with Vodacom's contract service. I signed up for a phone contract for my son, opting for a R250 monthly payment plan based on my budget. However, I've consistently experienced over-deductions from my account, requiring me to query them every month.
Additionally, I was not informed that the number would be set to private when receiving calls, which has caused inconvenience.
I wish I had been fully informed about these aspects before signing the contract. I advise others considering a contract with Vodacom to carefully review the terms and conditions, and request that all details be clearly explained and recorded.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the monthly hassle and regret signing up for the contract. I hope Vodacom will address these issues and improve their customer experience.
