I received a call for upgrate. From 5G to 16G with new router from 1 October 2024. Ftom R97 to R149. But i agree on record R139 16G....
I even rectify my email adres l never received any emails. I was misleaded. Un profesional....
Im an pensioner....
On arrival shock 5G. Phone 0821946. Rectify again my e mail adres. Then Explain.... refer me to collection.... one person who cost my traveling to put on hold of mislead an elder person. For collection. Then after 3 days phone again ... for confirm. What a poor service after suport Vodacom for decades..
This mater needed senior managent attention... or maybe Social Media included 0 rating. Im waiting Vodacom Management
