On the 24th of august i went to the vodacom store at signet terrace in lenasia applied for the iphone 15 128gb double everything went well got approved i was told come next week Saturday to collect the phones as it will be ready... the next Saturday get there and hear the guy resigned and did not order the phones i asked why wasnt i called or anything they lady said she was busy and told me come in the week by Wednesday the phones will be there... Wednesday pass i called the lady Thursday she told me definitely will have it by Saturday, i went in on Saturday and she was abit rude with me and told me we will call you when there is stock there is nothing now of any colors i said ok and left... the following week monday pass and Tuesday Wednesday i try calling because i saw online stock is available.. i called over 6 times no answer eventually i use my work phone and on the first ring the call was answered i asked the lady why she didnt answer my calls and she say shes so busy the other lady with the attitude did not come in today and i just asked them to cancel my contract and i applied online and cant wait so long and no good service at all or updates she said ok and still asked my reason for canceling and told her you guys are really bad with customer service... applied on line through vodacom online sales i called in everything went well the lady told me in the week i will get it nothing happent and another week goes by i call in the Monday through out the day while im at work these ladies are giving me wrong email addresses to sent my details some are just telling me to wait for the email and nothing comes through and another week goes by where im trying to call and no help... the following monday after that i call and get a hold of a lady named janine who was so helpful with the whole process i sent all my details she said the phones will be delivered in the week amd nothing i call in the next monday and asked to speak to janine get a hold of her and she said shes so sorry gave a stupid excuse and i was very understanding coz she helped but said it will be delivered before friday waited the whole week Thursday evening comes before i knocked off from work called in and asked for janine i was told janine is not in today and i asked to cancel my contract because this is just waste of time with no feedback.. so the lady named Lee who told me janine is off today said she would put me through to cancelations and what not and then cuts my call.. at this point im frustrated so i call back in and and janine answers and the first thing i asked her arent you suppose to be off and she changes the subject and i asked her why did lee lie to me and she ignores it but not knowing lee also told me that janine didn't submit my order to the warehouse since i placed the order online and that she cant submit it coz its janine whos dealing with it i asked if there is stock yes there is i even said i dont care what color as long as there is stock give me the contract but i was lied to all this time but i asked janine to cancel it and i will appie online on the website and she said ok... i then applied online told there was stock requested for a agent to call me back nothing the Wednesday i get a call from anoeska asking if i still want the double i said yes is there stock yes we have blue ok i will take it ok no problem send details again do the whole process everything goes well then i get a email from anoeska saiying i have to wait 72 hours for the contract to cancel she will call vodacom lenasia to cancel and then once its done give me a call and update me on when its coming today is the 12 October 2024 this past week went by and nothing still waiting but if anything vodacom online sales lie for each other and still talk each other bad and its sad this is what kind of workers vodacom chose to represent them very disappointed really do something about it guys
