The customer service at VonHaus was fantastic. I had an issue with a product I ordered. When I reviewed my product I detailed the issue I was having with it. I was contacted within 24 hours of writing the review and a replacement was sent to me. The replacement was damaged when I received it. When I contacted customer service again to explain this, another replacement was sent to me straight away. Unfortunately, I experienced the same issue with the product that I had originally experienced. I complained and asked for a refund as I was fed up by this point. The refund which was given to me straight away and without query. Sadly, the product I bought was not good, but the customer was super- courteous and swift.
