Brilliant customer service. My grass cleaning machine broke on the Sunday so I emailed in to let them know (it was under a two-year warranty and 10 months old) and in less than two hours I had a reply, giving clear instructions on how to make a return and that the process of ordering a replacement was already started. My broken machine was picked up by Evri and a new replacement was here by Thursday morning! Very efficient and very good communication. Thank you :)
