So far I've ordered an Olympic barbell and two sets of Olympic plates to go with it. I found the website easy to navigate and informative. I was so determined to buy from this company (and not from somewhere like Amazon) that I waited months for items to come back in stock and I gladly paid for shipping because I wanted to support a veteran-owned American company. The products are a dream: the minute I did my first lift with the new bar it was like meeting my soul mate, which I know sounds crazy but I don't know how else to describe it. The plates are equally beautiful, obviously very well made, and I can tell that they'll last a lifetime. Honestly I plan to use this company exclusively as I continue to build my home gym, since I definitely need more plates and may eventually need other equipment as well. The only thing holding me back right now is making sure it fits in my budget but it's completely worth the wait compared to companies with lower price points (and lower standards). I can't speak to the customer service at Vulcan because I haven't had to contact them.
