Top-notch quality as usual from Vulcan. Bar is super solid. Fits perfectly in the j-cups on my Vulcan squat stand. Takes a ton of stress off the elbows (which is why I bought it--perpetual tendinitis in my elbows). It was also a lot of fun to feel young again like the first time you bench pressed and your arms were shaking like mad due to the novelty of the motion (in this case caused by the new grip angle). Would recommend to anyone, esp those with golfer's elbow.
