Vulcan products get a 5 from me however their service is sorely lacking. In my first experience, I was kept on hold forever only to be given instructions to complete a ticket online. By the time they responded to me a day or 2 later, I had already solved the issue. The 2nd time I ordered, nearly 4 weeks had passed before I decided to call to see where my order was. After putting me on hold several times, they informed me that they had simply forgotten to process my order! Maybe offer your customers a coupon code or some other form of good will or simply put a little more effort into making things right. Again, great products but lousy service. Hopefully, they can improve on this.
