I have ordered multiple items from Vulcan and I have always received what was ordered and on time. Have engaged customer service a few times and have had any issues resolved to reasonable satisfaction. Originally was looking at Vulcan and another competitor which was much more expensive and made the decision to purchase my full rack from Vulcan, several sets of plates and have not been disappointed.
