Ordered and received a poly climbing rope for my home gym. Manila ropes were not available at the time. Did not like the feel of the poly rope. Worked with Vulcan rep to get a return authorization. She went the extra mile to check twice on the availability of Manila ropes. They became available and she facilitated an exchange instead of a return. I really appreciate her efforts and the excellent quality of Vulcan products. I am a repeat customer. My rig, bars and bumpers are all Vulcan purchased 4 1/2 years ago. My wife and I love them. They were a little more expensive than competitors but the quality was worth it. I also love that they are made in the USA, also worth the extra cost.
