Misleading and terrible customer service. I purchased a set of Olympic Cast Iron Machined Weight Plates and two of the 45lb plates they sent me have significant defects, pictures of which are attached. One of the plates has paint that is discolored and chipping away and the other looks like someone drilled holes in it. When I asked for the plates to be exchanged I was told they “look within normal appearance for cast iron machined plates.” None of the pictures on the website show the defects on the plates I received and there is no way anyone would buy something like this if given the chance to see it beforehand. Vulcan would not exchange the plates unless I paid for new ones to be shipped to me, and once I asked for a shipping label they stopped responding. Do not recommend.
