I ordered a competition bench. Good price for the quality, free shipping, military discount which i appreciate.
I did get a 12" pad instead of the 14" that i originally ordered, but Vulcan quickly responded and sent out a new 14" pad same day, free of charge.
I also had an issue with assembly on my end, and they responded quickly to help me solve the problem.
