Very good setup. 305 lb with econo bar, very pleased with the low bounce when dropped from overhead. The bar is a little stiff and not much spin but it is a very good bar for the price for your garage gym. Only drawback are the stickers inside the plates where it slides on the bar. It would've been better if they were on the plate and not inside the metal collar, for lack of a better word. Definitely recommend to someone else.
