Given that I was trying to purchase strength equipment in the middle of a pandemic, along with the rest of the world, I feel that Vulcan Strength did a pretty good job. They were good at letting me know when equipment was in stock. However, when they did replenish inventory and open the website up for ordering it had trouble handling the enormous amount of traffic and kept crashing so ordering was tough. It was also difficult to get anyone on the phone if you had questions or trouble with the website or an order. Again, I can’t imagine they’ve experienced anything like COVID demand before so I’m giving them a pass in these two areas. In normal times I wouldn’t but these aren’t normal times. The products are fantastic and were shipped/received very quickly. I’ve ordered dumbbells, alpha bumper plates, medicine balls, and slam balls and the quality is top notch. I’ll be ordering more as inventory is replenished.
