I bought the Vulcan Alpha Bumper Plates as a preorder back in March. I had accidentally purchased the same items twice, so I called and emailed them to cancel one of them. They did not answer the phone, but they were kind enough to do it through email. My bumper plates were not set to be available until 6/3. They shipped on that day and were to my doorstep within two days. The bumper plates arrived in several boxes and were just as expected. My only complaint is that the 10 lb plates are smaller than the others- no big deal but this was not mentioned on the website at all. Some of the plates also seem to have some irregularities in terms of the rubber peeling, but also not a big deal. Just happy to have my bumpers after waiting so long to get them and with the gyms being closed still. The bumper plates are awesome and I highly recommend them.
