Very good and sturdy J Hooks!!! Durable padding to help protect your bar when re-racking the weights is a very thick and strong plastic which is 10x better than the original j hooks that came with my 3x3 fitness gear pro half rack. All in all great purchase, would buy again with no hesitation.
