I ordered a lot of weights. Almost all of them came well on time and in good condition. A couple sets of 5lb plates were lost by UPS though. I contacted Vulcan and created a UPS lost package claim. The calls and emails to Vulcan were unanswered until about 5-6 weeks later. Then Vulcan sent replacements and now I finally have everything I paid for. It would've been smooth sailing had it not been for the lost package. It took a very very long time to get a replacement and there was no communications from Vulcan despite a dozen phone calls and a half dozen emails. However, considering the pandemic, I would let it slide. They were small plates and they were eventually replaced.
