I called the bank and verified my name, mem#, code by text, my email..... at what point is this good enough but then they want my last transaction and amount and that i could not remember, I ended up having to call back and speak to someone else just to get my business done, I have tried to be patient with this bank thru all their issues and I understand fraud protection but I felt that is a bit much.
