Had yet another fraudulent charge on my debit card and of course was told I had to wait 7 to 10 business days for it to be mailed I immediately got forwarded to a different part of Customer Service to ask if there was anyway to speed up this process or to get one printed in a branch and I was told it was not possible I would have to wait 7 to 10 business days. I already anticipate this being a ridiculous process as the last time that I got a fraud charge on my debit card I waited 11 business days and they still could not explain why it hadn't arrived in the mail yet so after waiting Nearly 3 weeks with a ton of back-and-forth I went into the 103rd St branch where I had originally spoken with a teller about the card being mailed out and upon looking at my account and seeing that I had in fact been waiting over three weeks she told me to hold on and that she would print one out . So I am confused can they really print them out right there at the location (obviously) but apparently you have to have waited some ridiculous amount of time or received horrible customer service/experience with them in order to get it printed in the location. Just ridiculous, obviously they can print them out at the locations they are just being cheap and/or lazy and it is causing the valuable customers (that are the reason that their company is up and running) inconvenience and hardships. VyStar obviously does not care at all about their customers and I cannot wait to take my business elsewhere.
