I went into the 312 branch a week ago on Saturday to get a replacement debit card and Joy assisted me. She normally works at the north branch but was helping out this branch for the day. She was amazing!!! Besides being very knowledgeable and quick, she was truly a pleasure to talk to. It felt like I had known her for years.
This is why I switched to Vystar. The employees always make me feel welcome and valued. Thank you Joy and Vystar!
