VyStar is the absolute worse bank I have ever financed through.
I have a car loan through them and they tacked on CPI (an extra 180$ on top of my monthly bill) due to my insurance policy not reflecting that coverage. Long story short I signed up for that through progressive and VyStar was supposed to issue a credit back to me and instead they said they just “took that off my monthly payment moving forward” no how about you STOLE from me because those credits were never owed on my following payments. It was DUE back to ME.
