I went into vystar location 10903 baymeadows road jax and was looking for some information about refinancing my car. The manager shared with me someone would be with me in 15 minutes. 10 minutes later, a young man approached me Fabian was his name to help share some options and information about refinancing. Fabian was great and couldn’t do enough to share all he could to make me feel comfortable about my decisions. Fabian was very professional and knowledgeable about working with me. I ended up refinancing my car at a good rate. Very often we complain about not getting things going our way, and take it out on the individual who was trying to help us. Remember these individuals are only the messenger and Not the decision makers. This branch has always been number 1 for all my banking needs. Luli and staff are always there to help you.
