The earrings I ordered are fabulous. They were beautifully wrapped. However, your site said 1-3 business days for delivery and on day 4, I emailed to see why I hadn't received my order. The person who responded was lovely and organised it quickly and put it down for Saturday delivery. So it luckily arrived in time for my niece's birthday on the Sunday. I just think if you offer/advertise a particular service then you should meet it.
