I purchased these online when Auckland was in Level 3. I did get a notification to say they couldn't send until Level 2 but then two weeks later I get an email from Wellington branch who eventually were the ones who sent my earrings. Would have been good if this had happened at time of order? 5++ for the packaging of my gift as well. Thankyou W&H!
