I reached out to support late one night with very little hope of finding a necklace that I was given as a gift over 10 years ago that I had lost. I couldn't find it on the website, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. The representative that I was connected to managed to not only find the necklace I was looking for but was able to get a special order in for me!
