this review is for the headquarter and the live chat system. My experience with Walker and Hall stores - Sylvia Park/New Market wasnt great prior to this. I made my first online purchase from Walker and Hall recently. Most of their products are slightly different - handcrafted items/diamonds etc. Items may vary across stores so it was the best option to get it online at the time. Item arrived and wasnt what I expected so I used their chat system. The staff there is super helpful. She helped me a lot in choosing the right one and having it ready within a short time frame. I will definitely contact her peersonally for future purchases.
