I had an issue using a walker & hall gift card online. I had $100 voucher and needed to pay a little extra. Although the website did not seem to recognise the voucher number. Which was pretty frustrating however it could have been user error... I rang and talked to a woman Chrissie who tried to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. She was calm, efficient and assisted in processesing the order without any issues. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you Chrissie & Merry Christmas ps love my new necklace
