The bracelet arrived and it had been gift wrapped so beautifully and everything but unfortunately my sister opened it today for her birthday and it was really dirty. We had to go and buy jewellery cleaner which thankfully got it off but it was a shame that we had to spend extra to clean the bracelet. Other than that, the service was really good and it came overnight which was awesome!
