Service was fantastic. Very quick with postage, beautifully written / presented card and the boxes and bags were perfect. Only criticism would be that maybe you don't put your company name on the courier parcel label. It was a birthday gift that the birthday girl signed for! Obviously she didn't know what pieces she got but knew that she was receiving jewellery. We love it though :-)
