Products and service always very good... hence the high rating. There was one let down however... my additional comments where it suggest I request an exchange card etc... I added in a few extra details which was printed on the outside of the courier parcel for the courier and whomever else opened the letter box to read it... obviously now knowing what I had purchased. Also of note and not walker and halls fault but the items were left in my letter box despite being signature required. Good service let down by some security flaws in the online shopping and delivery area
