Fairly unimpressed with Walker and Hall. Ordered a large size. Received an email from Walker and Hall that the store sent a medium instead and I could have it resized. Decided to try the medium size ring as the ring was a gift and I wanted to make sure I had it on time. Ring didn't fit so had to take it back into the store. Had it resized that day but because we weren't informed till 4.30 pm the ring was then locked in an office over the weekend and couldn't be collected till Monday meaning we missed the date for the gift. Ring was eventually couriered on Monday. Fairly disappointed that the size was wrong from the start despite ordering the correct size. I can still order the larger size online which is pretty disappointing if you are unable to supply that. Will not be ordering from you again
