This is the best service I have ever received. I ordered a gift for Mother's Day with plenty of time for it to be delivered. However as the time got closer it became obvious that the package was not going to be delivered in time. I emailed W&H and received a response from Rima. Her customer service was 1st class and arranged for the same gift to be at the Head Office for me to collect before Mother's Day. This was outstanding and certainly went way above and beyond!!! Thank you so much Rima you are an excellent example of going out of your way to keep your customer's satisfied!!
