I ordered a locket online and was a little bit confused about where to put my engraving message, so asked one of your customer service representatives on chat and she quickly answered my questions. I ordered the engraving, gift wrap, card and postage, but was concerned my message for the card got lost when I pressed update cart. The locket turned up 3 days later. With the correct engraving and my hand written message in the card! Fantastic service team! Thank you so much! The locket arrived in time for my sister's 21st, which I did not expect it to, as I left it so late and she loved it! Thanks again team. I will be using your services again 😊
