The instructions were not updated to the mechanism changes causing me to have to call. The screws for the face boards were Phillips, not square drive like the instructions say. Even had a square drive bit. Would have helped because they are less likely to strip. Holes in the side panel were not countersunk enough. Had to drill out the safety holes in the arms. Center face board is warped and did not draw down. Strap is made with the buckle on top of the mattress where you can feel it. It should be on the side. Had to call about the poor face alignment. Glen and Jake helped me through the multiple phone calls and the bed looks good. The instruction issue must be embarrassing and is totally inexcusable. I certainly feel screwed on the square drive screw issue. I am in a new community in Florida where wall beds are popular. Should I recommend Wilding? Maybe but with warnings.
