Even though they are super backlogged due to the entire world converting home to offices, I have no complaints after around 5 months of usage on the bed. I got the Queen size Homefront Series Edge(https://www.wallbedsbywilding.com/product/wall-bed-edge/#/) which was on discount. The customer service was pretty good and kept me informed throughout the delivery process. You can get most changes made as long as it's not gone into production which I took full advantage of. We installed the bed our selves (you will need two people to do it) and the instructions were clear. I wish they couild open a store front here on the east coast or atleast a distributor cause the I could not find another manufacturer that does as good a job on these beds. I would recommend getting the head board as it makes the whole thing look cool and even more super useful and does not add too much to the size of the bed. As far as delivery goes, really YMMV with the company they subcontract with for last mile delivery.
