The murphy bed with couch was top quality and the instruction video was very helpful! The waiting for 8 months was understandable due to supply problems. While we understand the fabric for the couch we ordered was delayed in getting to the manufacturer, I do feel there was a lack of communication from the company regarding the delays. We had to continually ask the status of our order. Also, the written instructions were no help. All in all, we are very happy with our purchase.
