The customer service during ordering and production was outstanding. All of my questions were answered and we were kept in the loop on order status throughout the process. We installed our own bed. It was packaged so well and the installation videos made the process so easy. The craftsmanship is wonderful. If we needed another wallbed, we would definitely order it from Wilding!!!
