The entire process was great. This was the second Murphy bed we have purchased from them and have been very satisfied with both. The people know their products and help coordinate everything. The scheduling stayed on time and things arrived as expected. The construction instructions are good and their videos are great. We bought the mattresses through them to ensure they fit the beds and they are very comfortable. We highly recommend them as a company.
