My experience with Wilding Wallbeds has been fantastic. Customer service was helpful and thorough - and didn't try to oversell me on something I did not want. The products are beautiful and when I need to purchase another similar wall bed, I will return with no hesitation. The only downside was the price point, but in this case it's well worth it. -Eric S.
