I live in another state and they worked with me to set up white glove delivery at a reasonable rate. I have two cabinet beds and love them! The instructions came with a QR code to a video and it was actually fairly easy to assemble. The extra plug and fold out side table are a big bonus for guests and part of the headboard stays in place with room for lamps or storage. Extraordinary customer service!
