You get what you pay for......... Wilding Wallbeds are not inexpensive.....but are extremely well made and quality furniture. We are extremely pleased with the craftsmanship. Yes, you need to assemble them, but the written instructions and videos are extremely clear. All hardware is included. Every piece fit exactly. You would think it would be a daunting task....but actually is VERY easy. Customer service was exceptional...from order placement to assembly support. We expect to have many years of use for our wall bed, and are happy to recommend them, as a company, to friends.
