When planning for a king size wallbed to accommodate guests, I looked at numerous options. I wanted something that matched or complimented the cabinetry I had done for our newly built home. Although our cabinet maker could provide the wallbed, the pricing was in my opinion very, very high. (Probably due to the fact he doesn't specialize in wallbeds and therefore, I would be paying a premium for him to have to fit this into his production queue.) Alternatively, I visited showrooms, spoke with designers / space planners as well as received quotes for various options. I was feeling frustrated by either high pricing or companies only offering a queen as their largest size. (not everyone offers a king!) I recalled a friend from work telling me about her purchase of a wallbed a year or so earlier so I went back to our discussion and found the company information she had provided. I started out by looking at their website. I liked the fact that it was easy to navigate and that I could also price out my preferred bed options. I certainly didn't want to waste anyone's time (including any more my own) if this wasn't the right company for me. After selecting a few wallbeds and having a general idea of costs, I reached out to Wilding Wallbeds to see about customizations, lead times etc. I was immediately assisted by Glenn Grover who helped go through the options I thought might work best for me. Glenn also offered to conduct a FaceTime call with me so that I could see those wallbed options in their St. George, UT showroom. He spent ample time showing me how the beds worked, things about the finish (up close) and various features. I really appreciated that. Once a decision was made, he sent a revised quote and also a sample of the upgraded paint finish I had selected. The sample arrived within a week and was a perfect to match to the cabinets I had manufactured. I placed the order (also a very easy process) and my order was submitted to production. Their standard lead times weren't long (compared to other companies) but I loved the fact that they had the option for an expedite fee. The expedite was only a few hundred dollars and I also opt'd for the white glove delivery which included installation. The bed was brought into my home and set up completely with all packaging / trash removed afterwards. The entire experience was second to none and the quality....the quality of the bed is amazing! It is so well built, and very high end. I would absolutely recommend Wilding Wallbeds to anyone looking to make this type of addition to their home.
