The entire process from discussing options, to ordering, delivery, and installation was very good. Communication was clear throughout the process. The installation team was professional and respectful of the space they were working in.
Some minor complaints include that some of the high-contact areas of the shelves were not sanded as much as I would like and that the power cord for the lights is too short/inaccessible for moving around.
